Let me start the introductions:
I am Greg Dawson, the Community Manager. I am located in Rochester NY.As for one tip I would like to share. Do what you love to do and be the best you can at it.
I have worked in the technology sector for 30 + years. My Computer Science degree has allowed me to hold positions with various corporations. It has always been my goal to assist others. This gives me a great sense of gratification. I joined in 2015 as a technical support expert with our BCDR products under Datto. During that time, I became well versed in our disaster recovery solution. I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with most of the departments and many of our products for 5 years. I joined the Community team as a Community Moderator, which gave me the opportunity to put my years of knowledge to work for all our partners. For the last year I have served as Kaseya's Community Manager. I enjoy working with a great group of colleagues here at Kaseya and am greatful to be able to.
