SUMMARY: The Alight Neighborhood, our client and colleague community platform, will now offer clients the choice to opt into receiving HR compliance alerts across Health, Wealth and Leaves directly to clients’ inboxes for streamlined and timely updates. These alerts will be automatically sent from the Alight Neighborhood community platform to any existing members who elect to follow HR compliance alerts. This new resource for clients provides an additional layer of visibility and the ability to customize the type of HR compliance notifications they receive from the Alight Neighborhood to help stay aligned with regulatory changes. The latest addition to the Alight Neighborhood will provide clients with accessible HR compliance information for their ongoing reference. This resource will supplement the key HR compliance alert emails that clients currently receive from Alight regarding our solution lines.

How to subscribe
To set up direct notification from the community,
- Log in to the Alight Neighborhood via the Employer Portal or Control Center.
- Go to Knowledge Center > HR Compliance Alerts.
- Select the Alight solution area you’d like to receive updates from:
