/ Your body sleeps. Your spirit doesn’t. If you wake up tired, chased, or heavy, your night has no gatekeeper. Tonight we fix that.
2/ Dreams are intel. Three streams show up:
• Memory (nervous system cleanup)
• Message (clear guidance)
• Interference (entity noise, fear loops)
Learn the feel of each. Memory fades fast. Message lands in the chest. Interference spikes anxiety and shame.
3/ Red flags it’s interference: repeating faces with no pupils, rooms with no exits, “teachers” who rush you, contracts you never asked for, slimy touch, tech that glitches when you pray.
4/ Ancestral signals feel different: sudden stillness, a familiar scent, real eyes, hands that bless then let go, a sentence you can use when you wake up.
5/ Recall protocol (7 nights): no screens 30 min before bed, cup of water + pinch of salt under the bed, journal open to a blank page, say: “Only truth may pass this gate.” Upon waking, write first, interpret later.
6/ Incubate a dream: ask one question. One. “What action restores my energy?” Place the paper under your pillow. If you get a symbol, don’t run to Google. Ask your body. What did you feel when you saw it?
7/ Herbs are allies, not crutches. Mugwort/blue lotus occasionally, small doses, never every night. Pregnant/breastfeeding or on meds? Skip the herbs—use breath and prayer.
8/ If you fight in dreams, finish with sovereignty: hand over heart, say: “By law of my living breath, I end all contracts I didn’t choose. I close what is not mine.”
9/ Integration: circle anything that repeats for 3 nights. Bring it to ritual or reading—not for entertainment, for direction.
10/ The vow: “I will not abandon myself at night.” Ready to learn the gates deeper? Comment NIGHT and I’ll send the mini-guide.
