This issue is hard to reproduce, it is definetly hit and miss but more than one customer has now reported it. I am unable to reproduce just by creating a new discussion or idea when I use Gleans original post I am able to replicate. Tried to replicate with Walmarts post and no luck post when threw successfully.

This is in reference to internal ticket FR-3427. The current integration with Freshservice doesn't support indexing nested folders. This would allow for the search/index and chat functionality to work with this content. Any direct use cases from customers is welcome!
This is in test to ticket 446782 for glean the current issue is a gateway error that keeps appearing. I am able to reproduce using the customers exact discussion. But it is inconsistent to reproduce creating my own discussion. Testing using some of the similar text but editing it to create my own.
Where is the gateway error how do I make it come out again seems to be a hit or miss with it.
Is this issue only for ideas or does it also happen for discussions. Do the tags cause it more to occur or what exactly is happening here.
